Tile Work
Backsplashes, bathroom floors, shower surrounds, entryways. Joel started tiling two years ago and has built solid experience with subway, mosaic, large format, and herringbone patterns. Clean grout lines, level surfaces, proper waterproofing behind wet areas.

Insulation
Before the drywall goes up, the insulation and vapour barrier go in. Joel installs batt insulation for walls, ceilings, and attic spaces, plus vapour barrier installation. Proper coverage, no gaps, no compressed batts. It matters more than most people think for energy costs and noise reduction.
Vapour barrier is an inspection stage in new construction, and a lot of homeowners and DIYers won't touch it. If you're doing a basement or a reno that opens up the walls, getting the insulation and vapour barrier right at this stage saves you money for years.
