Four trades.
One call to get it done.
Most contractors dodge calls and leave you guessing. Joel's phone gets answered 24/7, quotes come back the same week, and he personally oversees every job. Four trades, zero runaround.

Drywall & Taping
This is where it starts. Fresh board on the walls, tape in the joints, mud sanded smooth. Joel has been hanging and finishing drywall since 2016, and the difference shows in the details: tight seams, flat joints, corners that don't crack six months later.
New builds, basement renos, repairs, water damage re-drywalling. Metal stud or wood frame. Single rooms or full houses. The scope doesn't matter. The finish does. Joel also matches existing ceiling textures (orange peel, stipple) so repairs disappear. That's a rare skill most drywallers don't offer.
- Board hanging and fastening
- Tape, mud, and sanding (all coats)
- Metal stud framing
- Textured ceiling matching (orange peel, stipple)
- Drywall patching and repair
- Soundproofing between units
- No minimum job size

Interior Paint
Full prep, clean cuts, no shortcuts. That means filling nail holes, sanding patches, taping edges, priming bare surfaces. Then rolling walls, cutting in ceilings, brushing trim and doors. Two coats minimum. The kind of finish you notice because everything just looks right.
Joel doesn't spray and walk. He's on site making sure the lines are clean and the coverage is even. Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, closets. Whatever the room needs.
- Full surface preparation
- Walls and ceilings
- Trim, baseboards, and doors
- Accent walls and colour changes
- Touch-up and repair painting

Tile Work
Backsplashes, bathroom floors, shower surrounds, entryways. Joel started tiling two years ago and has built solid experience with subway, mosaic, large format, and herringbone patterns. Clean grout lines, level surfaces, proper waterproofing behind wet areas.
If you're already getting drywall and paint done, adding tile to the same job saves you the hassle of coordinating another contractor. One call, one schedule.
- Kitchen backsplashes
- Bathroom floor and wall tile
- Shower surrounds
- Entryway and mudroom tile
- Herringbone and mosaic patterns

Insulation
Before the drywall goes up, the insulation and vapour barrier go in. Joel installs batt insulation for walls, ceilings, and attic spaces, plus vapour barrier installation. Proper coverage, no gaps, no compressed batts. It matters more than most people think for energy costs and noise reduction.
Vapour barrier is an inspection stage in new construction, and a lot of homeowners and DIYers won't touch it. If you're doing a basement or a reno that opens up the walls, getting the insulation and vapour barrier right at this stage saves you money for years.
- Batt insulation (fiberglass and mineral wool)
- Vapour barrier installation
- Basement and attic insulation
- Soundproofing between suites
